CCCA’s new ‘Learner Resource Pack’ provides learners with a powerful resource that contains their certificate of completion, their course results, their course notes and a personalised action plan, as well as useful fact sheets and additional resources for future learning.

The resource pack assists learners in identifying the next steps in their learning pathway. It can also be used within organisations to conduct face-to-face workshops with employees to identify key strategic objectives and opportunities highlighted in their development plans.
