You are authorising AI access for your organisation. The platform creates an AI Identity — a separate, permission-isolated login your external AI assistant uses when interacting with the platform on your behalf. The AI Identity is separate from your own account: it cannot sign in to the website and has no administrator rights. On the next screen you can review and adjust exactly what it will be allowed to do before approving access.

Your assistant cannot make purchases. Prices and quotes are always calculated by the platform's pricing rules — never by the AI — and completing an order always requires a person to review the quote and accept the terms & conditions.

The AI Identity operates only within the permissions you approve, and every action it takes is recorded against the identity and its Accountable Operator. You remain in control at all times: administrators can review its activity, adjust its permissions, reassign the Accountable Operator or suspend it at any time from the Administrators page.

By default, notifications for this AI Identity (such as quote reminders) are sent to its Accountable Operator. If your assistant has its own mailbox it can read, an administrator can set a real email address for the AI Identity on the Administrators page — notices then go to that mailbox, with the Accountable Operator copied.
